Beachside Oasis

The condo has the impossible trifecta of good things: beautiful view, well appointed, great location. Couldn't ask for more!

The Beachside Oasis was everything that our family needed to escape the Colorado heat this summer. We enjoyed the location, the quiet nature of the area and the easily accessible beach. Early mornings should find you looking for clams/shells just below! Highly recommend this property, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

The condo was very nice and very clean. The kitchen and master bath have been nicely updated. The unit was situated in the center of a 4 condo unit. We did not hear our neighbors at all, the condo is very quiet. An enjoyable experience watching the tide come in and out into the Netarts bay. Easy beach access is a 3 minute drive away. Steep stairs down to the beach are right by the unit. Definitely would recommend the condo for a peaceful get away.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 and our pup. Extremely well furnished, clean and had everything we needed in addition to being spotless! Has a stunning beach view as well and great access to the water.

We enjoyed the unit as the view is expansive. We stay in Netarts a few times a year but had not stayed in this unit before. We would stay again as the floor plan works very well for two couples. Fry pans are in need of replacing but good dishes and glasses.

Our favorite vacation spot, condo is very nice & clean with beautiful view, fully equipped and nicely decorated, couldn’t ask a better place, we enjoyed everything! We definitely will rent it again!! Nicely managed!

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our getaway vacation. Everything was in very good condition and very comfortable. The Murphy bed was also very nice quality mattress. Can’t get enough of the ocean views from the balconies. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent views, some nice updates (bathrooms, comfy bed/couch/tv) and walkable to the beach were the highlights.
Cons - the cookware was very limited (rusting, peeling pans). If occupants in nearby units are noisy (i.e. children running & screaming or dogs barking) you will hear it and probably feel it.

We had an absolutely amazing time this week! This house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space, lots of towels, gorgeous views, and the large capacity washer and drier! We stayed for 5 nights and have no complaints! We can't wait to come back!

This townhome has great views from the living room, deck and main bedroom. The two and a half baths were handy for our group of four. Located within walking distance of the shore ( using a rather steep path), it’s a short drive to an easy access beach and also to good hiking at Cape Lookout and Cape Meares. Although other units are close, we had no noise issues during our stay.

It was everything we'd been told it would be.

No complaints at all about the property and we loved the location. The only shortcoming in the whole rental process was scrambled communications between me, and various different people involved in different elements of the contracting, arrival and check-in processes. On Oct 29th, I received a text message welcoming me for an arrival on Saturday, Oct 30. My actual contractual arrival date, however, was Monday, November 1st. Quite confusing. It all worked out fine in the end, but only because I kept pressing for answers and confirming information. Chalk it up to an off-season stay, I guess. It certainly won't keep me from returning.

Great location with easy beach access. Hostess response to question was quick and helpful. The lockbox was a little clunky, it easily mastered once you know the trick.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside Oasis. The view was absolutely lovely from the main floor and the bedroom we stayed in. Sarah was great to work with and was so considerate. There are some areas of the home that are in need of repair, primarily tile work in the kitchen and bathroom. As directed on the business card in the dining area, we pointed these areas out and hope they are attended to.

The house was lovely, anything and everything I needed was right there. More importantly the view was magnificent. My contact person was Sarah and she was fabulous to deal with. Any type of concern and or question I had she took care of it immediately. I can’t wait to come back. The fact that it was dog friendly made it even better.

As always, a beautiful view from the property. We were able to have an extended stay and enjoyed the sounds of the waves and our daily beach walks. You cannot beat the location!

The house was a little rough. It was definitely a DIY remodel. Additionally, the kitchen had all the dishes needed (although not complete sets). Paradise Shores next door is a much nicer property.

Netarts was a perfect spot for 3 active retirees who love to hike the nearby trails and sample great seafood, wine and craft beer. The quiet beach and quaint town offered a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and served as a hub for jaunts to nearby state parks, Cannon Beach and Newport. The townhouse was comfy and well situated. Access to the beach involved a winding path through the hillside foliage and some beach rocks. The rooms were clean with some wear and tear here and there. Instructions on entry and operations were clear and communication with agency was good.

Gorgeous sunset and moonrise views, cozy beds and linens, wonderful parking, easy access to a dreamy beach in a magical cove... will definitely return!

Overall a wonderful place, but if its cold and the wind is blowing, the drafts overwhelm the heat. cold air was blowing thru the stove vent like there was a fan on, also under the stove, also along the right side of the fireplace,which we slowed down by stuffing papertowls in the cracks. 95% of this problem could be solved with a calking gun and simple carpenter work. but otherwise a great place!

This easy getaway was the perfect respite for our Thanksgiving this year. As is the norm for the coast, we experienced a wide range of weather but we enjoyed all of it. The beautiful view from the living room and bedroom (and the balconies!) was soothing.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo. It was extremely clean and well maintained and Monica was very helpful in finding us a place last minute. I'd highly recommend this rental company and home!
