Nice and quiet property with a responsive management team. I greatly enjoyed my stay.

We absolutely loved Oregon and this was the perfect location to stay at. The views from all sides were amazing. And a short jaunt down the street were delicious restaurants and the tide pools to view in the morning low tide! It was such a great time! Having Tillamook just a quick drive away was great we were over there every day! Only a little less than an hour from cannon beach and to the south was Depoe bay the whale watching capital!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We received a text that our unit was available early, and even though we couldn't take advantage of the perk, it was still very appreciated.

The parking lot is a little on the small side, so be aware that a huge SUV rental will make the situation challenging. Although spaces are marked, it seems like no one really cares where cars are parked. There are a total of seven spots and no street parking.

When you walk inside, you will immediately be amazed with the view. It's just like the photo but even better in person. WE spent many evenings sitting on the back porch watching the sunset.

There are two trails down to the beach from here: one located at the end of the rod, and one right off the condo's porch near some stairs.

Nearby, there's a cute coffee shop and a smaller grocery store that can supplement anything you've forgotten from the larger stores in Tillamook. You can also walk to The Schooner restaurant along the beach, or along the main road to The Upstairs restaurant.

The property itself was very clean, but some updating would be a good idea for the owners. Beds were not as comfortable as others in this area, pillows need to be replaced. A lot of little things were showing signs of wear and tear: blinds, knobs, etc. Nothing earthshattering but a quick trip from a handyman would make this unit sparkle like new.

We've stayed in this area for many years, but this was the first time we were up on the cliff. I think the price is right for this rental since it is a staircase away from the beach. The property management at Shore Thing is terrific and responsive. We look forward to renting again from Shore Thing!

My mother and I stayed at Seas the Bay for 4 nights in mid July. It was our first trip to the Pacific Northeast, and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The accommodations were comfy, and the view of the bay is outstanding. The beach access is steep, of course, but my 81 year old mother made it back up the steps after a couple of stops to rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing, quaint beachside rental. Tillamook is a short drive away, and you can enjoy shops and restaurants if you are looking to venture away from the beautiful coast. There are numerous places to hike nearby, and Oceanside is only a few miles up the coast if you want a different beach experience.
I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

We recently stayed at a lovely condo in Netarts Bay, Oregon, and it was the perfect coastal getaway for our family of six. The condo was immaculate, with everything spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated all of us, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our vacation.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible view from the condo. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the picturesque scenery of Netarts Bay was always a delight to behold. The condo's proximity to the beach made it easy for us to spend our days enjoying the sand and surf. Just a short walk away, the beach was convenient and perfect for family fun.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We felt welcomed and well taken care of, which added to the overall positive experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay on the Oregon coast. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return for another visit!

Highly recommend this property. The easy beach access made this a wonderful location for our young family. Netarts is a quiet area which made for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend exploring the areas nearby - Cape Lookout, Cape Meares and Oceanside! Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Enjoy your stay today!

Great location, cleanliness, and customer service.

Great place with a wonderful view. This is a 4 condo unit. The view was amazing, close to market, parking was good for 1 car or 2. Quiet neighborhood. A bit of a walk to beach, short drive to easier access. TV is in upstairs bedrooms but we were not there for the tv. Tillamook is close with a great Safeway grocery store, went to a great performance at the Tillamook performing arts theatre Friday night. Will definitely be back, hopefully this fall for a ladies weekend with family

The condo was easy to find. The view was unobstructed and directly to the ocean. The master bed was comfortable. And the jetting was divine. I needed to get away and reflect on a major crossroads in my life. With only the company of my dog, this was the perfect place to accomplish my goals. The kitchen was well stocked so I could eat there with my own groceries. The management team’s communication prior to arrival made getting there easy. Their contact information and welcome were easy to see. And the management team were extremely warm and available should I have needed to solve an issue. There were no issues.

We have stayed at 5 Shore Thing Vacation Rentals now. We love this company. Each home was different and unique but all had well stocked kitchens. Homes are always clean. I love the soap products they use. Saraha is absolutely the best property manager. It's the people for me. Sarah and Monica are great to work with. I will go back to their Netarts and Oceanside property again & again

This was our 2nd time staying here, we really love this place. The views are spectacular, really love hanging out on the deck and taking it all in. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Roomy downstairs, comfortable sofa and large dining table. We enjoyed a fire and playing games we found in the house. Upstairs master bedroom is big and comfortable, 2nd bedroom is a little cramped but good if you have a few kids. We all loved the soaking tub. The beach is only a few steps away and Cape Mears is just a short drive up the coast. The small market up the street had fresh crabs and oysters. The property host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The views and small towns were great, everything we expected! No issues with the lodging and the owner was more then helpful with our questions!

The area is beautiful and quiet.
The condo is not suitable for 6 unless 4 are small children. There is not sufficient seating in the living room or balcony for adults.
There is no television in the living room if you can believe that.
The cookware is horrible.
We have gone to this area for 20 years and this is the first time we were really unhappy with our stay.

Really cool plase. The view is stunning, well-stocked and comfortable kitchen (you can cook and onjoy the view), everything was great, overall! The jacuzzi bathtub was awesome!

Couple things: There was no kindling that they said would be there, so making a fire was difficult without and axe to chop some, and we couldn't find a DVD player that was mentioned. Will definitely try to come back again!

We have stayed here multiple times and are in love with the location and views.

Could use new pillows.

The location was swell, and the view from living room and one bedroom was lovely. The other bedroom was cramped, with two bunk beds and no view. A suitable rental for a couple with four boys under 12! Nice, clean, well appointed. Only flaw was small second bedroom and a couple of chairs in poor condition.

The place was incredible, very clean, we had no issues. The washer was broken when we arrived and the staff offered to come get our laundry as needed and wash it. The view is AMAZING, the photos do NOT do it justice. We will most definitely be coming back. There are a ton of things to do in the community as well as in town.

We had the gift of our stay falling over a severe wind storm. It was truly a site to watch the ocean and hear the wind from the safety of the cliff-side home. A great way to enjoy a lot of firewood! We ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom since it was leeward and much quieter from the wind against the house and chimney in the master bedroom, but we didn't mind because the wind storm was quite an experience.

Quaint-clean-safe-beautiful view. Spent most of our time on 2nd floor with gorgeous sunsets and expansive views of ocean and beach - love the awesome huge jetted tub. Condo was clean and very functional but no TV in the common area. No food delivery here, but everything needed to prepare them if you bring your own ingredients or there are a few restaurants within easy drive of unit. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful stay on the ocean!

Home was well equipped, great views and well maintained. They were very quick to answer any questions or issues that came up. Will stay here again!!

The house was nice. We suggest getting some new rugs in the bathrooms as they were very worn. The parking situation was strained; there is not enough parking for four units when multiple cars are needing to park.

The Condo is in a great location with lovely views of the bay. The condo was clean and the property manager responded quickly,
The condo does need some additional updates however. The rugs in the upstairs bathroom need to be replaced as does the mattress pad cover on the queen bed. A TV is needed on the main floor. There are only 2 wine glasses and some of the other stemware/glasses are terribly scratched. More attention to details could make this a five star rating.

The condo was lovely. Well stocked with everything we needed. Master bed was incredibly comfortable. Sarah was very helpful. Loved the walks on the beach and even watching the incredible storm.

Location and beach access were great. Quiet relaxing time spent. I was disappointed with the dirty layer of build up on the dining room table. Also, the kitchen utensils had been washed however, food was still dried on them . I needed to wash dishes prior to serving dinner on our arrival day. Bathrooms were clean. Seating in living room was challenging. It was futon beds used as couch. Only decent seating were the dining room chairs. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. We definitely knew how to communicate with her should a need arise.

I would stay here over and over again! The staff was super helpful when needed. The home is in the perfect location, with a beautiful view from the master bedroom and living area. I would highly recommend!!

My husband and I from Florida planed a trip to visit my sons in Portland. We all were very excited to have a family time with a new dod Leela to enjoy the beach. We rented a house at Tillamook located on top of a mountain with a view that we have no words to describe the beauty of the place. The house was clean and cosy. All you need is there to make a fresh meal and enjoy the sunset at the balcony. Further more, there is a binoculars to see closer all the people on the beach having fun with friends and family. Love the idea of having that! We had a wonderful time at this place.

Location was by far the best Ive had yet. No more than a 5min walk down to the beach. The house was very well maintained and they also provided more than expected. From plates and cups to coffee even glow sticks and flashlights. If I ever had a question I could simply send an email and would get a fairly quick response . Also wanted to take a last walk to the beach and check out was 11am and they gave us the chance stay a few more hours.
